Cancellation policy is 24 hours notice without penalty. "No shows" without prior warning will be charged full amount of tariff.
Alfa Boutique Motel offer colourful, comfortable, fully self contained holiday apartments in Paihia. Some are studio apartments with queen and single bed, sitting and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and balcony overlooking sub-tropical gardens.
One bedroom apartments have queen and single beds - one sleeps five persons and one four. All units are self-contained with phones and TV and free Wi-Fi. Facilities include hot spa, barbeque, undercover parking and guest laundry.
We are 40 metres from a good swimming beach or a short flat walk to the main wharf and shops.
