Aliment Brewing is a small brewery at the top of New Zealand's South Island in beautiful Riwaka - smack dab in the lap of New Zealand's main hop-growing region. Why the name 'Aliment'? It means simply to sustain & nourish. While we'd never claim beer is essential to life, we think a good brew can feed the spirit & lube the wheels of human interaction. Nothing beats sitting with friends over a pint & a good chat. Jason Bathgate is co-owner & brew master. With heaps of industry experience, he brings a seasoned palate to the brew house, crafting good beer that brings people together.
