Aliment Brewing is a small brewery at the top of New Zealand's South Island in beautiful Riwaka - smack dab in the lap of New Zealand's main hop-growing region. Why the name 'Aliment'? It's a term connected to sustenance & nourishment. While we'd never claim beer is essential to life, we think good beer can feed the spirit & lube the wheels of human interaction. Nothing beats sitting with friends over a pint & a good chat. Jason Bathgate is part-owner & makes our beer. With heaps of brewing experience, he brings a seasoned palate to the brew house, crafting good beer that brings people together. We look forward to seeing you soon.
