No Children or pets. This is a non-smoking & vaping property. No Cooking facilities in the studio, microwave for heating food only. 2-night Minimum stay. 10% discount for 3–5-night's stay, maximum stay 5 nights. Check in time from 3pm & check out time at 10am. No parties or functions. Unit situated in residential area quiet time between 9pm -8am. No bikes or ski equipment allowed inside the studio, ask for secure lockup if needed.
Guests get a full refund if they cancel up to 30 days before check-in. No refund within 30 days of check-in.
You'll love this cozy warm beautifully laid out studio, our space is light, bright with quirky pictures & has a feeling of total relaxation. This studio has 1 Queen bed a separate ensuite bathroom & Kitchenette that offers tea & coffee. There is a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee plunger & an outdoor BBQ situated in a covered porch area with an outdoor heater, table & chairs. The lounge area offers a full-sized couch & a 50 inch TV. WIFI is free. We are fortunate enough to live close to Rangataua forest, if you're lucky you may even hear the Kiwi & Morepork on a calm night. There are 2 standalone studios on this section we live in one the other is yours to enjoy & relax in. Ohakune township offer affordable eating out options.
