Strict Policy Provided that the guest pays the full balance on time, they can receive (less traveller booking fee): • a 50% refund of the total amount paid by the cancelation date if they cancel at least eight weeks before check-in. • a 25% refund of the total amount paid by the cancelation date if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.
This stunning property has 6 bedrooms, which are shared between the main house having 4 and the adjoining Apartment with a further 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own heat pumps/Aircons. There are 4 bathrooms in the main house and 2 in the Apartment.
The Apartment is fully self-contained and has its own lounge (with flat-screen TV and SKY), kitchen and terrace with outdoor furniture. The is perfect for those wishing to be together yet a little separated, such as nannies, teenagers or staff.
The full-sized tennis court and well-equipped gym room is a bonus, and the Heli pad makes for easy access, being only a 7-minute flight from Auckland.
