Minimum age is 6 years. Maximum weight is 120 kg. No previous ziplining experience is required. Guests need to be able to walk short sections on uneven forest trails, climb and descend stairs, and wear closed-toe footwear. All specialist safety equipment is provided, along with wet-weather gear when required. The tour operates in most weather conditions. Free digital photos are included, and every ticket contributes directly to native forest conservation and restoration.
Changes or cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If Rotorua Canopy Tours needs to cancel an experience due to weather, safety or other operational reasons, guests can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
