The invoice for this trip will be sent to you 30 days prior to travel with payment in full being due 7 days pre delivery of NewZeal services.
Up to 56 days prior to travel date, incur a cancellation fee of 20% Between 55 to 20 days prior to travel date, cancellation fee of 50% Between 28 to 7 days prior to travel date, cancellation fee of 75% Within 7 days prior to travel date, cancellation fee equal to the full price of the booking. Cancellation refers to the client group not attending. Altering the booking is where previously booked activities are changed. The cancellation fee is at the discretion of NewZeal.

Expect an invigorating, relaxing and exciting experience, the small yet exhilarating rapids punctuating the peace and tranquillity of deep blue pools as you drift and paddle your way down to a waiting gourmet BBQ lunch on the river bank. Return by 4x4 vehicles.
