Departure times are subject to availability and weather conditions. If we have to cancel or postpone your booking we will rebook you onto another suitable time. If you need to cancel or change your booking you must do so in writing a minimum of 72 hours before the activity date. If accepted Eden Park Trust will issue a credit which can be applied against future bookings. Cancellation within 72 hours or a ‘no show’ will incur a 100% charge/no refund of prepayment.
