The outdoor seating area can easily accommodate 10 people.
Room 1 and room 7 have a King single bed, TV , wardrobe, vanity and desk and chair.
We have 3 twin singles which all have a vanity, a TV, phone charging units and a place to hang some clothes. Two of these rooms have access to the Garden Rooms 3 and 4.
We have 2 rooms with Queen beds - room 2 and %. Both are light and airy with access to the garden. Room 2 has a large wardrobe but both rooms have TV, phone chargers and a vanity.
Please note that using this lens show our dining room much larger than it really is. Our extendable table can seat 12. There are a variety of games available for adults and teens and some good reading material and DVD's. Netflix or similar is on the Smar

Cadence Bed and Breakfast is located close to the town center in a peaceful, quiet setting. We are in the center of the Garden Festival area, within 20 min driving distance of the ski field, mountain trails and next to the wonderful walks along the Patea River.
Our family lives in the residence at the front of old convent and we enjoy getting to know you, but are happy to give you as much privacy as you need. Guests enjoy the home- like layout of our accommodation and enjoy the option of watching movies and socializing in the lounge or being able to take a book into the cosy bedrooms.
Many of the rooms open directly into our garden and the BBQ is available for summer dinners. All linen, WIFI and tea coffee and breakfast are complimentary.
