Special Conditions & Offers All tours are private, with a maximum of 10 guests. Children are welcome and can be added to your booking. Local Kaikōura accommodation pick-up is available - please provide your accommodation details when booking. Wine tasting is available as an add-on for guests aged 18+. A pre-tour checklist must be completed before your tour. Please advise us of any dietary requirements, allergies or special requests when booking.
Cancellation fees are based on the number of days before the scheduled tour date that we receive your cancellation. 60+ days before departure: Full refund, less the non-refundable 20% booking deposit. 31–59 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost is forfeited. 15–30 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost is forfeited. 14 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour cost is forfeited. No-shows: 100% of the total tour cost is forfeited.
