About

The Botanical Distillery’s Gin and Tonic Experience starts with an introduction to the ten botanical ingredients used in a classic London dry gin. You will be taken through their history and what they add to the flavour of gin. You will taste, chew, crunch and smell your way through a very hands-on experience. You will then use The Botanical Distillery’s ‘gin library’ containing the ten botanical ingredients to fashion your own gin and tonic following our classic London dry recipe. After relaxing and enjoying your gin, you will be invited back to the table to create your very own heavenly-scented gin and tonic. You will be under the guidance of The Botanical Distillery and will be free to create a gin masterpiece of your own.
