Cleaning and service fees.
The Pilot House will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay. All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2.5 hours will be included in your booking. Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.
For cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival, an 80% refund of the total booking value is available (the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable). For cancellations made 21 days ~ 16 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made 15 days ~ 8 days prior to arrival, a 25% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, a refund is not available.
This is Nelson's original 1862 Pilot House - Now architecturally renovated to an impeccable standard with contemporary furnishings & amenities to provide maximum comfort & relaxation during your stay here. Right next-door is the Harbour Light Bistro restaurant and just across the road is the Boat Shed Cafe Restaurant - two of Nelson's very best food, wine & coffee spots at your beck & call with many more options within an easy walk or short drive. This very special accommodation is just 10 minutes drive from Nelson Airport, and less than 5minutes drive from Tahunanui Beach or the Nelson city centre. This is an ideal location from which to base yourself to enjoy the best Nelson city & the Nelson-Tasman region have to offer.
