We charge 10% at the time of booking which is non-refundable. Full payment is taken 14 days before arrival and is non-refundable. If a booking is made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required. The guest may change their booked dates up until 14 days prior to arrival and transfer the 10% deposit, however, new rates may apply, please get in touch so we can help.
