Full payment is required to secure the booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card within 7 days before arrival. A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be placed on the guest’s credit card 7 days before arrival. This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged to the card. The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition. Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% fee; AMEX is not accepted.

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or early departures are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

Is is only a 5-min walk away from the beach and only a short 10 min drive into the heart of Mount Maunganui, where you will find all your favourite shops, restaurants and cafes. Imagine arriving to beautifully designed and styled sun filled home. Feel an instant sense of ease as soon as you hit the entry, with the sound of waves pounding only a street back from the beach. The Sweet Spot is on a fully fenced section, there is a large sunny deck with a restaurant worthy outdoor dining/lounge area and an outdoor shower, perfect for a post surf rinse. Inside is simply beautiful with a fully equipped kitchen including a double door fridge, modern appliances.
