We accept bookings for persons 16 and over. Depending on other bookings we may be able to waive this condition. Please enquire. Pets are welcome but strictly by prior arrangement. No smoking in the Cottages or Bunkrooms. Guests may smoke outdoors. For Cottage accommodation see our listings for Rose and Poplar cottages.
Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before check-in: a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 weeks but before 1 week of check-in: a 50% refund. For cancellations made within 1 week of check-in there is no refund.
Schoolhouse Cottage has a sunny private aspect with views of native bush & the Tinui Taipos (Hills). It has a fully equipped spacious kitchen, dining & living areas with wood burner. All cookware, dinnerware and cutlery and all linen & towels provided. Quality amenities and full laundry. In front of the cottage, you’ll find the fresh spring water spa pool, a BBQ and an outdoor area with seating and a fire pit, where outdoor dining is possible. Schoolhouse is an attractive renovated and modernised rebuild of an earlier Shepherds quarters. The interior has been carefully redesigned to provide three spacious bunkrooms containing four robust timber king single bunks, each with private phone charging area, reading light & small storage area.
