Cleaning fee $80
Cancellations made outside 30 days prior to the date of the commencement of the holiday for any reason will forfeit the deposit but the guest will not be held liable for the balance of hire provided that written notice of the cancellation is received by the Owner prior to 30 days. Cancellations made within 30 days of the commencement of the holiday will be liable for the payment of the full holiday cost. The owner recommends taking out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Hawea offers an ideal getaway and only 15 minutes’ drive to Wanaka and 1 hour to Queenstown. This lovely 2 storey Beach house has 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms; 2 x king, 1 x dble and a bunk room with a queen bed and 4 singles. The kitchen is well equipped, serves well to create feasts for the many hungry mouths that can be seated around the 3 metre long dining table! The open plan kitchen/living area opens out to a large sheltered sunny balcony, boasting fabulous views over the lake and rugged mountains. All set up with BBQ and outdoor furniture the balcony makes a perfect setting for ‘’alfresco” dining. This house is all about rest and relaxation……all you need for a prefect holiday. Relax and enjoy!
