No smoking indoors. No Pets. The minimum rental period for all holiday homes is 3 nights, except during Christmas and New Year Periods where a minimum of 5 nights is required. Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Deposits are non-refundable at time of booking. Cancellation less than 14 days before the booking will incur a 100% charge, for this reason we highly recommend travel insurance. Please also note that when payment is made in full prior to the 14 days before arrival no refund will be given if the booking is cancelled.

Situated on the same level are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a relaxing retreat with ensuite bathroom and luxury spa bath.
The lower level consists of a spacious fourth bedroom and bathroom, just perfect for extended families travelling together.
