1.5hr group flat water stand up paddle board lessons for ages 16 and up. Boards and wetsuits are provided. Up to 6 people per instructor. Under certain circumstances, at the discretion of management or the instructor, policies and procedures may be customised.
Must be 24hrs in advance if requested by customer to receive a guaranteed full refund or reschedule. If requested less than 24hrs in advance by the customer, a 50% deposit will be refunded. Under certain circumstances, at the discretion of management, a full refund or reschedule may be granted. If the lesson is cancelled by management due to uncontrollable events, the customer will receive a guaranteed full refund or option to reschedule.

Find out moreLearn the basics of flat water paddleboarding. Our instructors will teach you safety, how to paddle and stand properly. You’ll get very helpful tips on how to balance, and how to make each paddle more effective. Depending on conditions, your instructor may even be able to take you on a tour around an island.
Your instructor will be with you the entire time, giving positive feedback and ensuring you have a great time. All equipment is provided in the lessons, including your choice of a full wetsuit or rash top, and life vest. Our paddleboards are designed for cruising and having fun. They are lighter and easier to carry, and very safe for beginners, while offering good performance for flat water.
