A Deposit of 100% of first night is deducted at time of booking. Balance is payable on arrival.
If advised of cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival date, Deposit is fully refunded. Less than 14 days notice prior to arrival date, or in case of a no-show, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's tariff will be charged.
Our Two Deluxe Chalets (Treetops and Palms) have wonderful sea views offering the comfort of a home away from home. They have their own private entrance, deck with a BBQ and luxurious details to surprise you during your stay. Self contained with full kitchen facilities featuring king bed, double spa bath, comfortable lounge suite/ dining area plus free WIFI. It is an easy 3-5 minute walk to central Paihia or the waterfront. Abri Apartments are north-facing and located in a private sub-tropical garden away from busy roads so it is very quiet, private and peaceful. All this makes Abri the perfect holiday retreat for couples; plus being the ideal location to base yourself while you explore the spectacular sights of the Bay of Islands.
