These rates are for a DBL occupancy; However : Winter Season 01.05.22 to 31.08.22 DBL $ 170 to $200
We recommend for a shorter stay the Private Room with Brkst making facilities , no cooking, no TV. For more than 2 nights stay the Studio Apartment with cooking facilities, TV, BBQ, patio . For both rooms we offer free parking and free WIFI. Guests must be over 18 years old. One night deposit required at reservation.
One night cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled within a week before arrival. (This fee will not be charged if cancellaion is due to Covid problems).
The Studio apartment has a Super King size double Bed, which can be converted in twin beds if you wish so. (Please advise at reservation). The Studio on the ground floor is completely self-contained with a small kitchenette, dining and sitting area and outdoor furniture, TV, DVD and BBQ on a spacious terrace. (no seaview but a large patio in garden).
The Private Room upstairs has a Queen size bed, sitting area and dining table in and outside. You find a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, (no cooking), private Bathroom and you will enjoy the beautiful view down the Bay towards Waitangi. This room has a private separate entrance.
Both rooms have free WIFI and free off street parking.
