We understand things can change. Should New Zealand re-enter Level 3 or 4 where our trips are inoperable, or if Covid-19 border restrictions prevent you from travelling to the start point of your trip, you can choose to receive a full refund of any balance paid including your deposit or transfer your deposit and balance paid for future use. For any reason not relating to COVID-19, contact us at least 60 days before your trip is to depart & you'll receive a full refund, minus your deposit.
