Booking fee
If a reservation is cancelled between the date of booking confirmation and 31 days prior to the Arrival date, the deposit shall be retained by us. Peak Periods cancellations must be made 60 days prior. If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the Arrival date, you will be liable for the total cost of accommodation for your stay. In the event of a cancellation, an administration fee of $250.00 plus GST, plus charges incurred by MajorDomo Ltd to cover processing related costs.
This villa features an open-plan design, high ceilings and luxurious finishes across two living areas, a modern kitchen, and upstairs in the house are four bedrooms. A self-contained unit downstairs inside the home contains the fifth bedroom and private lounge and kitchen, whilst an additional self-contained unit above the garage (detached from the house) hosts the sixth bedroom. Outside you will find a private spa pool, petanque, a BBQ, and outdoor furniture. Location is everything for this peaceful retreat, which is only a short walk to the Millbrook Resort facilities (including golf course, spa, cafes and restaurants), 5 minutes drive to the heart of Arrowtown, and just a few minutes drive from some great cellar door tasting rooms.
