The following applies to the cancellation: If a reservation is cancelled in the 7 days before arrival, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation. Guests can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. If a reservation is cancelled in the 14 days before arrival, the guest will be charged 50% the total price of the reservation. There is no refund if guests vacate the property early.

The close proximity to Wineries and Beaches, midway between Nelson City and Abel Tasman National Park, makes it the perfect getaway destination for a Romantic Getaway, or a Fantastic Family Holiday. Enjoy the private and cosy intimate setting, while children are easily entertained, with the sand pit, trampoline, play house and slide, games & puzzles, and pets will love the large rural space to run around. Visit the glow worms and horses, or Frankie the dog. Stay in and relax, with under floor heating for added comfort and warmth in the cooler months, and in the warmer weather enjoy BBQ meals outside, in the relaxed rural setting.
