For your peace of mind, we offer free cancellation up until 24hours before check in. Check-in is deemed 2pm on the day of your scheduled arrival because that is when we make the place available to you. If you were intending to arrive later, let's say 5pm for example and need to cancel, you will have to have told us by 2pm the day before check-in. If you cancel with less than 24hours notice, you forfeit 100% of your booking.
