Good and moderate fitness level is required Participants must be 16 years old or over (proof of age may be required) Minimum weight restriction of 45kg+ apply Guides at Waitomo reserve the right to refuse to take anyone into the cave that they consider to be unsuited for the tour (e.g. physically incapable or too small). No refunds are provided in these circumstances. No caving experience is needed. You do need to be comfortable in the water, however swimming is not a necessity.

In the event, you have purchased a day tour and subsequently wish to cancel it, ExperienceKart may refund your booking at its sole discretion, in which event you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows: Up to 7 days prior to travel date; 100% of tour cost is refundable minus any booking fees. 2 – 6 days prior to travel date; 50% of tour cost minus any booking fees and charges. 24 hours or less; Your ticket is non-refundable. Any fees collected when a booking is made are non-refundable.
