Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price. 2 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price. Due to the intimate size of our business, cancellations affect us significantly as most of our bookings are made well in advance. Cancellation fees will be refunded if we are able to re-sell the room for the cancelled nights. We advise all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover
3 luxury self-contained studio rooms with ensuites, kitchenettes, dining and sitting area. Each has a comfortable king bed (twin on request) with top quality linen, feather mattress toppers and duvets, pure cotton sheets with sumptuous materials used for bed covers and drapes.
All rooms have complimentary WIFI and individually adjustable air conditioning. There is a guest BBQ area and outdoor spa. We are situated just a short stroll (600 m) to Te Anau township where there is a wide variety of restaurants and shops. A delicious breakfast (continental + cooked) is included in the tariff.
