The Vehicle must not be driven in these terrains or situations: For off-road activities On beaches On sand On snow without appropriate snow chains or snow tyres. Through rivers, lakes, streams, or flood water On unsealed roads except to access recognised campgrounds. The Vehicle may not be used for racing, towing, or illegal purposes. The Hirer must comply with all New Zealand road laws.

Cancellation Policy angle-down

Cancellations are subject to the following refund policy: 100% refund if cancelled at least 3 days before the pick-up date. 50% refund if cancelled 1–2 days before the pick-up date. No refund if cancelled on the day of vehicle pick-up.
