14 days or more before your booking: Full refund. 13 days to 48 hours before your booking: 50% refund. Less than 48 hours before your booking: No refund. If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a severe weather event, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule your experience for another suitable date. Please note, if a booking is rescheduled to a subsequent season, the price for that season will apply.
Our farm offers a variety of trails that wind through our picturesque landscape, providing a memorable experience for both you and your equine companion. All riders are required to bring their own horses and riding equipment. Helmets must be worn at all time. Please ensure your horse is well-behaved and suitable for varying terrain. We kindly ask that riders respect our property and other visitors. Please be responsible for cleaning up after your horse. Be mindful of livestock and other potential hazards on the farm.
