A deposit of 25% is required within 2 days of booking to secure your dates. Balance due 30 days before stay. Freedom camping for caravans or campervans and tents is available for $25 per person/per night (must be associated with tenants of the rented property) $16 per person/per night @ Goldmine. Day visitors $5 per person.
If you need to cancel a booking please let us know as soon as possible so we may offer the property to others. Should you choose to cancel the booking, our standard cancellation charges will apply: Cancellation over 90 days from the scheduled start of stay: 100% refund of money received. Cancellation between 30 days and 90 days from the scheduled start of stay: 75% of the total booking charge refunded Cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled start of stay: No refund and payment
The holiday homes offer a range of options for your next beach holiday. Baywatch, Blue Bach and Hideaway homes which are all sited to take full advantage of the stunning horseshoe-shaped Davies Bay; and the rustic Retreat Cabin and Goldmine Cabin which are nestled in their own little bays and offer complete privacy and a back to basics style of holiday. The sites offer heaps of space for tents and caravans for large groups associated with tenancy, and there is an extra ablution block at Davies Bay for the use of the extra campers associated with the three of the properties.
