Personal Information - we collect personal information from you which you have the right to request from us. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking. No additional guests on the property without prior arrangement, and no pets sorry.
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Our standard cancellation terms are below, however should you wish to call and discuss Cancellation Terms for special circumstances we would be happy to discuss. < 30 days or ‘no show’ - 100%; 31 - 45 days - 50% or first night’s rate, whichever is greater; and 46 – 60 days - $250 administration fee. Except the period, 1 Dec - 28 Feb see T&Cs on website.
