Cancellations must be communicated by phone, text, or email up to 24 hours before the booking for a full refund. An admin fee of 2.8% of the total price will be deducted by our payment provider. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours before the booking is at the absolute discretion of GAC. A cancelation fee of 50% may incur if the booking is canceled or changed at short notice. General Adventure Company (GAC) GAC reserves the right to cancel or vary any service or for any reason.
We have not only beautiful scenery that you can sample, but we also have world-class wines and beers. And we believe eBiking is a great way to enjoy it all at your own pace. We understand that you might have questions or concerns about riding an eBike in unknown terrain. In Central Otago, we only ride the local single tracks which means you will be off-road 99% of the time. You don't have to worry about cars or trucks. We recommend you take your time and just cruise along seeing the sites at a safe pace. Your bike with its big battery and motor is more than capable of getting you safely home. Try the very best food that our region has to offer (and it tastes even better after a scenic eBike ride).
