I willingly acknowledge and accept all the risks involved during this kayaking tour. The risks are drowning or Hypothermia and potential tripping hazards. I will take total responsibility for any children under the age of 18 who accompany me. I take total responsibility for my personal property (including cameras). I acknowledge that kayaking on the sea can be a dangerous activity which could lead to personal injury or death and that I will follow any instructions given by the tour guide.
Covid free policy. If your travel plans are interrupted by Covid we will happily refund or transfer your booking. On completion of the booking there will be a 30% booking fee in the case of cancellation. 2 weeks prior to departure 50% cancellation fee 1 week prior to departure 75% cancellation fee 48 hrs prior to departure no refund If the trip is cancelled due to bad weather there will be a 5% administration fee only.

Find out moreTata Islands provide a breathtaking backdrop as you launch your kayak from the golden sands of Tata Beach, straight into the Abel Tasman National Park. Motu and Ngawhiti Islands (Tata Islands) are home to New Zealand's largest and busiest shag colony, seals lazily watching you paddle by.
Our friendly and knowledgeable guides will fill you in on local tales and the history of the Abel Tasman National Park and surrounding area as well as spotting the local wildlife. As part of your tour there will be a stop on a secluded beach with a delicious morning tea, maybe a quick dip into the crystal clear water.
No previous experience is required. We cater for all ages and paddling abilities in our stable double kayaks.
