Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Hence a 25% charge of the booking value will be made for any reservation cancelled within 30 days of the expected date of arrival. A 75% charge of the booking value will be made for any accommodation cancelled within 10 days of expected arrival and a 100% charge of the booking value will be made for no-shows. The penalties do not apply if we are able to replace the booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
