Cancellation and Amendment Policy Bookings may be amended or cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to your scheduled visit. Cancellations or date amendment made between 14 days and 24 hours before the booking will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Amendments to booking time is subject to availability and accepted up until 24hours prior. Amendments to people numbers are accepted up until 24hours prior. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
