Easter and summer public holidays are also peak period
As we are a small camp, cancellations really affect us. We strongly advise you take out holiday cancellation insurance. Deposits: A non refundable deposit of 2 nights is required for all sites booked for High Season. A deposit of two nights stay is required on all fixed accommodation regardless of Season. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Payment: The balance of your account is payable on arrival. Minimum stay: two night minimum stay required.
A cancellation fee of $25 applies to all bookings. Cancellation to be made 10 days prior to arrival to receive refund less $25 cancellation fee. Except for High Season where cancellation must be made prior to 30 September to receive refund less $25 cancellation fee. Any Cancellations/ Re-bookings after this date will result in loss of deposit. A non-show is considered a cancelled booking. Refunds: There will be no reduction for early departure or late arrival.
Hello and welcome to all our potential visitors. We are a small holiday park situated on the west coast 30 minutes out from Palmerston North and approx 2 hours from Wellington where we can offer a lovely safe relaxing environment for you to stay in.
Our beach is 200 metres from the park and is unique in that it is New Zealand's largest sand country area with the sand dunes being 19 kms wide and we get a lot of drift wood covering the sand and while we don't have the golden coloured sand of the east coast, our beach can be driven on, or just sit in your vehicle and enjoy our lovely sunsets. All our sites have power and water and we pride ourselves in offering very clean amenities at all times. We have accommodation to suit all budgets.
