$50 cleaning fee per stay
Guests are welcome to join owners in alpaca feeding on the farm during their stay or chat to them anytime over the fence. Entry into paddocks without owners will be at the owners discretion and dependant on what is happening on the farm at the time. Owners will organise a time to take guests out and meet alpacas.
If cancellation made within 7 days of arrival ~ loss of 100.00% of the total booking price unless property is rebooked then no cancellation fee's are charged. Cancellation Fees waived if cancellation is due to Covid - 19 regional travel restrictions.
Kepler Mountain View Alpaca Cottage is located on an Alpaca Farm located on the outskirts of the Lake Manapouri township with expansive 360 degree mountain views. Kepler Mountain View Cottage is a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to Lake Manapouri, reputed as New Zealand's most beautiful lake located within Fiordland National Park. Kepler Mountain View Alpaca Cottage is a 1 bedroomed self contained cottage (1 queen bed). It is modern with all the comforts of home with dishwasher, heat pump, large screen TV and full laundry . Lie in bed with a cup of tea in the morning and gaze out into Fiordland's Kepler Mountains or soak in the spa pool at night as star gaze. Join the owners alpaca feeding or just lean over the fence and chat to them.
