Reservations will only be confirmed by supplying valid credit card details or travel vouchers. Payment is required upon arrival if not already done so. There are 2 cancellation policies depending on date of stay, "Standard Policy / Non Peak Times" (basically, less than 48hrs notice, or a no show, will incur a 100% charge of total cost of first nights accommodation) and "Peak Seasons / High Demand" (basically, less than 30 days notice, or a no show, will incur a 100% charge of total cost for every room nights accommodation booked) Please ensure you are well aware of the possible ramifications of each cancellation policy at time of booking.
