A deposit is required to confirm, with full payment due before departure. Cancellations are flexible in the case of weather disruptions.
Private charter cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 2–7 days receive a 50% refund, and those made less than 48 hours prior are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations are fully refundable or can be rescheduled.
