If a client wished to cancel a Northland Experience Tour the following charges will be applied. 1. If you cancel prior to 6 weeks of the tour you will be given a refund less 10% of the tour price per person. 2. Within 6 weeks 3 weeks you will get a 50% refund of the tour price per person. 3. Within 3 weeks or less out from the tour date there is no refund. If a client fails to join the tour or joins after the departure date, no refund will be made.
