Full payment is required to secure the booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card within 7 days before arrival. A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be placed on the guest’s credit card 7 days before arrival. This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged to the card. The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition. Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% fee; AMEX is not accepted.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or early departures are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

Only a 5-minute walk from Papamoa’s Coast Boulevard, with local supermarkets, a great restaurant, and one of our favourite cafes, Pearl Kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is a space you’ll love. Cook up a meal while engaging with guests in the dining and lounge area or simply take in the breath-taking ocean views. The property includes an outdoor shower to rinse off after a surf, and a private lawn for the kids to play on. The balcony offers the best seat in the house, perfect for soaking in sunrises over the ocean and sunsets behind Mount Maunganui.
