Payment Policy: Full payment is required by either bank transfer or credit card (2.9% credit card fee is additional). Contact us if you would like to part pay the deposit and or require a invoice. Child Policy: The guest who books must be 25 years of age.
Your deposit is fully refundable (minus a $30.00 booking fee) if your reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days of your arrival date. 50% of the full amount of the booking will be charged, if the cancellation is received less than 30 days before arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or reduces in length within that 30 days of the booking or partway through the booking, guests are responsible for payment of all night’s reserved, regardless of guest’s actual arrival.
After a day at the beach, unwind in your private spa, fire up the BBQ in the shared area, or challenge someone to a game on the tennis court - the options are endless. Only a 5-minute walk from Papamoa’s Coast Boulevard, with local supermarkets, a great restaurant, and one of our favorite cafes, Pearl Kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is a space you’ll love. Cook up a meal while engaging with guests in the dining and lounge area or simply take in the breath-taking ocean views. The property includes an outdoor shower to rinse off after a surf, and a private lawn for the kids to play on. The balcony offers the best seat in the house, perfect for soaking in sunrises over the ocean and sunsets behind Mount Maunganui.
