Payment Policy Full payment is required by either bank transfer or credit card (2.9% credit card fee is additional). Contact us if you would like to part pay the deposit and or require a invoice. Child Policy The guest who books must be 25 years of age.
Your deposit is fully refundable (minus a $30.00 booking fee) if your reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days of your arrival date. 50% of the full amount of the booking will be charged, if the cancellation is received less than 30 days before arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or reduces in length within that 30 days of the booking or partway through the booking, guests are responsible for payment of all night’s reserved, regardless of guest’s actual arrival.
Ideal for couples, families, and groups alike, experience classic Papamoa holidaying just a short drive away from cafes, dining, and amenities. Spend your trip walking across the dunes to the beach, embracing the essence of slow living. Three bedrooms are available, two with queen beds and one with two single beds. Linen is provided, so you can arrive with just your bags and beach vibes. The home accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms. The property features two bathrooms equipped with showers (no baths), a washing machine, and a dryer. Heaters and a heat pump are available to keep this original build cozy.
