About

Paroa Bay is a secluded coastal estate in the Bay of Islands, home to luxury villas, off-grid cabins, a boutique winery, and the award-winning Sage Restaurant. Set above a north-facing inlet, the land unfolds across rolling hills, vineyards, and native bush, overlooking the subtropical waters below. There are few places where you can sense the contours of the land extending beneath the sea, blurring the line between ocean and shore. With a deep connection to place and a focus on refined New Zealand hospitality, Paroa Bay invites guests to slow down and fully immerse themselves in their surroundings.
