Owners Sharon and Marty Kennedy add the personal service to your stay at the Phoenix Motor Inn which is a fantastic place to relax and unwind. Visit our world famous Marlborough wineries, enjoy great local attractions including Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre, and come away feeling relaxed and refreshed.
We offer you a selection of unit sizes from one or two people up to six or seven family sized units.
Located right in the heart of the Springlands area, with Countdown 300 meters to our east and Pak'n'Sav 300 meters to our west. Close to Speights Ale House, Bunnings, Springlands Medical Centre, yet is quiet with little to no traffic noise.
