If you use the BBQ you must clean it. No drones allowed. No smoking in the house. You must be 25 years or older to book the house and the person booking must be staying in the house.

We will refund: 100% of total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee for all bookings cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival date. 80% of total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee for all bookings cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival date. 50% of total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee for all bookings cancelled 30 - 60 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refund applicable for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. *less any credit card fees paid.
