We have the best scenery, we think in Dunedin. All rooms overlook the ocean & down to St Clair & St Kilda beaches. Close to golf courses, the beach & town. We sit atop of a steep hill, great for the walkers, and the bus stops outside house.

No children as this property is not set up for them. Rooms are not large enough to put in extra beds. No sleeping on the floor. This is a non-smoking home.
If cancelled 7 (seven) days before booking commences, a full refund is provided. If cancelled within the seven (7) day period, then one nights stay is required.
We live in St Clair overlooking the beaches. All our windows have spectacular views of the Ocean & the sunsets & sunrises from your bedroom windows is one in a million.
The restaurants, cafes & swimming pool on the Esplanade are only 8-10 mins from us. We have a bus stop outside the front door. We are approx. 10-15 mins from town. We are close to golf courses, libraries, art galleries, museums, the Dunedin Railway Station where you can buy tickets for some great trips. The Saturday Farmer's Market is a must & then if you are peckish there is a cafe across the road, 'Iconic', which serves amazing brunches.
We have two rooms, Queen & King and each with a private a bathroom, lounge with Sky TV plus the Hosts. We love to talk.
