Minimum passenger numbers may apply. All reservations must be reconfirmed by 2.00pm the day prior. If weather conditions prevent us from flying, you may reschedule to the next available day, space permitting. Flight durations are indicative. Flight time and flight paths are at the discretion of Southern Lakes Helibike, subject to safety, pick up locations and weather conditions.
If you cancel you will be charged a cancellation charge based on a percentage of the total price of the booking as set out below: Single Drop & Private Helibike Charters Cancellation advised before 2.00pm the day prior to helibike booking: 0% (no cancellation charge) Cancellation made after 2.00pm the day prior to helibike booking: 100% ‘No show’: 100%.
