(a) If cancelled within 7 days of making the booking (the date on booking confirmation), the cancellation is free of charge and you'll receive a full refund. If you missed out on the free cancellation, our cancellation policy is as follows: (b) If cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled day of pick-up, we will turn the deposit into a voucher/credit.
