Payment Policy: Full payment is required by either bank transfer or credit card (2.9% credit card fee is additional). Contact us if you would like to part pay the deposit and or require a invoice. Child Policy: The guest who books must be 25 years of age.
Your deposit is fully refundable (minus a $30.00 booking fee) if your reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days of your arrival date. 50% of the full amount of the booking will be charged, if the cancellation is received less than 30 days before arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or reduces in length within that 30 days of the booking or partway through the booking, guests are responsible for payment of all night’s reserved, regardless of guest’s actual arrival.
This immaculately presented three-bedroom apartment is designed for small groups, corporates, or those seeking a romantic getaway (please note, not suitable for children under 10). The stylish yet comfortable dining and living area invites relaxation, and air conditioning is installed for your comfort. Large floor-to-ceiling stacking doors open to the private balcony, where you can enjoy afternoon vinos and platters while basking in the sun and taking in the breathtaking harbour views. All three bedrooms are accessible from the living area. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a private balcony, a large walk-in wardrobe, and a dreamy ensuite.
