Rates and bedrooms allocated based on the number of guests and season. Included linens, towels, consumables and cleaning every 6 days. Min stay 2 - 7 nights Xmas and New Year weeks POA
Rates negotiable for 7 night plus stays off peak April - October. Functions not permitted. Special off peak rates for couples only using one bedroom. Wedding ceremonies by negotiation.
Cancellations within 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur penalties of 50-100% (8 weeks December to February) Rates and terms may vary based on web site booked through, season, holiday periods, special events and the number of guests.
