Cancellation Policy angle-down

All cancellations must be received no later than 2 days prior to your arrival. For these cancellations you will be charged one night’s tariff. If you cancel 2 days prior to your arrival or less you will be charged 100% of the total accommodation amount. This includes no shows and cancellation of nights after arrival. Refunds will only be made to the credit card debited for the original transaction.

About

Idyllic river setting in a private valley, surrounded by native bush and birdsong. We offer quality accommodation, serviced to a high standard. Spacious self contained cottages and two-story chalets or for a back to basic feel try out our cabins with shared bathroom and kitchen. Never crowded, even in summer, with 10 acres of garden and bush. 10 minute walk through bush to the beach. This is a great base to explore the Coromandel.

We offer kayaking, walks, swimming, gold panning, BBQ's, guided night tours to the glowworm grotto - all free of charge. Overseas visitors find it a perfect place to start their holiday. Have a great sleep on our comfy beds with no road noise and receive friendly advice in a true New Zealand setting.
